Get those risky tree limbs and branches cut to prevent damage to your home and yard.
Why wait till that tree comes down in a bad storm? When in doubt cut it out!

Make sure you are watering your lawn the right way!!
Avoiding watering your lawn between 11~3 to prevent burning it! Try to water it in the morning between 6~10, and in the evening between 4~7 but not much later because sitting to damp over night could cause mildew and fungus to grow in your lawn!!!!
