For more than 35 years, Eric has been the owner and operator of Assured Service, building the company on a foundation of hard work, honesty, craftsmanship, and commitment to the community.
A Master Plumber with extensive experience in plumbing, heating, and gas services, Eric is also the Plumbing and Gas Inspector for the Town of Grafton, bringing a deep knowledge of the trade and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical workmanship.

Family has always been at the heart of Assured Service. Over the years, Eric has proudly built a family business that has provided opportunities for his sons, sons-in-law, nephews, and great-nephews to work alongside him and carry on the values of hard work and service.

We decided to add a Fourth Prize at the last minute, and congratulations to Eric Chaffee of Assured Service Plumbing, Heating & AC (pictured in the middle) for taking home the $1,000 Build-Your-Own Tool Package from our Plumber & HVAC Open House!

Eric recently stopped by Peabody Plumbing Supply in Auburn to start planning how he'll use his prize. With $1,000 to spend on the tools and equipment of his choice, there are plenty of great options to choose from.
