What an awesome feeling to actually put plants in the ground for the first time this season. It was a long cold spring to finally get to this point.
Some people look for a straight hedge to block the world out, this family opted for beautiful hydrangeas and ornamental grasses that will invite the neighbors in.
We hadn’t even finished the job when a neighbor stopped and asked for our business card.
This is going to be so beautiful this fall when it gets its autumn coloring and just dances in the wind.

I know everybody is anxious to have their yards cleaned up and mulch and plants to start going in the ground, but this year we are being blessed with rain in April. Lots and lots of rain.
It’s been a few years since our spring season had a nice healthy start with the help of natural rain. Due to that everybody is behind schedule this year. We are all out there working as hard as we can and as fast as we can to catch up so everybody can enjoy their yards this year.
So please be patient and know we are going to be there soon.
There’s a lot of good things to be said for April showers if you’re not in the landscape business.
Never forget April showers bring May flowers.

April, you give us such a special gift.
April flowers are the first thing to get us out of our winter blues. Somehow, when you see those pear trees, crab trees, serviceberries, Rhododendron’s and magnolia trees light up with color, it seems to energize us for what lies ahead.
Welcome to spring, I believe this is our official spring and it will only get better from here.
It’s time for us to feel the goodness that the earth provides for us.

Sometimes even the highest quality materials age.
By removing all of the old tired bluestone from the patio and front walk, we were able to buy enough extra space for 10 people for this growing family to entertain.
A big shout out to Baldo, my Hardscape champion, and the boys on the planting crew for making this job Everything the homeowner and I dreamt of.
Another satisfied client, another awesome week at work!

The best feeling after living through enlarging your home while living in it, is to see the grading and the sod finished.
Such a wonderful family, so happy to be able to give them exterior closer to this construction project.
Next year, we start to turn this new wide opened backyard into even more of a paradise.
Once again, so grateful for my crew who gets these jobs done right the first time!
