Exterior Painting

Lake effect weather is hard on paint. Moisture is the number one reason North Shore exteriors peel after a year or two, and skipped prep is number two. Our exterior work starts with a walk-around where I look at moisture, wear, caulk, and bare wood. Then we power wash, scrape, sand, prime bare spots, caulk the gaps, and paint in the right conditions. Siding, soffits, fascia, shutters, porches, brick, and stucco each get the product built for them.

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, built-ins, and cabinetry. A kitchen or a bathroom is not the same job as a bedroom. High moisture and heavy use call for different prep and a different product, and we treat each room accordingly. We fill nail holes, sand, caulk, prime where it is needed, and use the Sherwin-Williams product that belongs on that surface. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected, and the room is cleaned up at the end of every day so you can still live in your house.
