Pa and I made it to our first actual beachfront house on Vendome Ave in Margate to install 2 of these beautiful Madeli lighted medicine cabinets. Once the power is on we will light them up and set up the accessories. I’m blessed to be given the ability and opportunity to install these, especially with my dad.

I’m thankful to be working for three builders now with more to come soon. Today we’re off to OC to install 4 Emtek pocket door mortise locks. We will be back to Vendome next week to install a cool barn door and track and a couple Emtek mortise locks as well as all the door hardware for the rest of the house.

Hi everyone, its mortise lock season as the builders are finishing these amazing houses. This is one of two we did last week in Longport, were in OC for the next couple days for 5 more. We’re also installing elevator flush pulls and some pretty elaborate medicine cabinets. I’ll post some pics on those installs soon and some of the everyday jobs we do.

I’d like to say thank you to the builders for giving us a shot, it’s pretty cool working in these monster houses doing some cool work.

This is an Emtek 2155US15 mortise lock.

We have this ADA compliant handicap ramp back in the trailer. If you know anyone who would need it for temporary or permanent use let us know. I have a great deal for any veteran who can use it.

If you have pantry or kitchen drawers with conventional plastic roller slides consider upgrading to these Soft Close Roller Bearing slides, they are very smooth and the soft close function adds the final touch. I’ll post a video of these when we install them.

If you have items that need assembly from the holiday please give us a call, from the Wayfair and Ikea items to Jungle Jim’s, we will assemble and install it all.
