We got a referral from our good friend Tommy Z for a customer in Margate who needed a little Handyman work in this beautiful home. We repaired this ceiling patch and repainted the ceiling, corrected the gap in the bedroom door as a result of the house settling allowing the door to swing freely as well as other punch list items. If you have an interior door that sticks at the top or bottom we can fix it for you!

In a couple weeks we will be repainting the front door and installing this beautiful EMTEK digital WiFi lock assembly. We got a referral from our friend Pat at Artistic Hardware for a mirror that had fallen and a new medicine cabinet that needed installing. After a little cleanup, scraping, painting and installing we hung this beautiful chrome 36X48 three door mirror cabinet for the customer.

The single door mirror was another installed for a builder, this time during a renovation.

We finished our punch list on Vendome and we are closed out. This is the barn door we hung and made the prototype bracket for which connects the doors together at the bottom eliminating a guide in the middle of the floor. One more round from the painters and she will be looking great!

We’re meeting with a new builder in the morning and I’ll be turning over FB duties so we will be back in a couple weeks. Thanks again for watching, please like, follow and share👍. We are still busy with handyman work so if you make a punch list we will come give you an estimate.

We spent our day working outdoors with a scenic view today. We were finishing up the barn doors today and after a couple small tasks tomorrow and we will be closed out. It’s a busy night but I wanted to get the med cabinet pics posted. We installed these cabinets a couple months ago on an earlier post if you want to check them out!

Today we installed a prototype custom bracket we designed for the barn doors which performed as designed, we will offer the system to builders moving forward as we refine the design! Have a good night everyone and thanks for looking. Please like, follow and share, thx!

One area of focus for our business is new construction, where we specialize in installing various door hardware and locks, including flush pulls and mortise locks, as well as bath accessories, electric medicine cabinets, and barn door kits. Additionally, we assist builders with close-out procedures and punch list work, handling installations and repairs as needed.

These are pictures from the door hardware installation including dummy k***s and flush pulls which are used on the inside of the elevator doors as well as closet doors. Besides having a lock assembly that looks nice, the other key component is that the lock also functions flawlessly. Alignment of the two handle assemblies on final tightening of the screws is critical to having a smooth lock.

Soon I’ll share everything else we did including the barn door installation, the electric medicine cabinets we posted earlier in the year are set up and they look great! Please like, follow and share 👍💙

I wanted to finish out the week with this job. My dad Boomer was a framer and roofer in the early stages of his life and roofing is something I learned growing up from him so when our friend Rose said she needed a shed roof done we were ready to go.

If your shed needs a new roof give us a call and we will come give you an estimate. It’s one of the jobs we like doing so we can definitely take care of it before it starts leaking and rotting the plywood.

Shed roofs are only a couple square which we can handle but if you need a roof on your house I have a guy I trust and you can deal with him directly. If you’re in need of a roof send me a message and I’ll forward your information to him.
