Interesting one here. They were getting water leaking under kitchen sink and after having multiple plumbers out there and not being able to locate the leak she called us. They noticed it after the resident downstairs took a bath. The bathroom was on the opposite end of the house and on the lower level. After investigating under sink and finding no leaks I went downstairs and ran hot water in the bathroom. The leak only appeared after the water heater kicked on and the pressure went up to 100 PSI. Tightened up the supply line and will return to replace the prv. Another difficult problem solved.

Some may tell you that you can't jet sewer lines when it's below freezing but here we are. Assisting another plumbing company jetting a restaurant so they dont have to close when the temp is 18°. We had to salt everywhere water was getting on pavement because it kept freezing.

When the guys put in a retaining wall and cut right through the sewer and say nothing. We brought in a hydrovac crew to vac out behind the retaining wall as to not put to much weight on the wall and excavated behind the wall to get the sewer repaired.

Working on a new sewer connection this week. House is still connected to septic until we get the pipe bored in and new city tap. Thank you to Garrett Green and Rod-O-Matic for coming out and helping fuse pipe. Now if the rain will stop so we can get back out and finish this.
