Great review from Karen... "James B. was our technician, and he truly is the reason why I give 5 stars!! I'm always hesitant about getting ripped off and overcharged for service work being done on my Subzero appliances, but James's wealth of knowledge, experience, and professionalism was above and beyond 5 stars!! I'm really happy with the service we received and would definitely contact Wilshire Refrigeration & Appliance again for any future needs."

He was friendly and got the ice maker running again. He additionally cleaned out the coils, etc. to keep the refrigerator running smoothly."
