Emergency call last night. Pin hole leak in 1/2" copper pipe going to the recirculating pump

Shut the water off at water heater, then drained the water heater out, finally cut the copper pipe and installed new Pro Press Fittings, 3/4" ball valve, 3/4" copper pipe and fittings

Turn the water heater back on, no more leaks

Before and after pictures. First we installed a new 1 inch earthquake seismic gas valve with bracket, scotch guard pipe and fittings

Next we replaced the old ball valve on the main water supply for the house. We installed a new 1 inch ball valve, high range regulator, Type "L" hard copper piping, Pro Press fittings, T&P relief valve and hose bib

Finally we replace the old 3/4 inch ball valve and regulator for the irrigation with new 3/4 inch ball valve, high range regulator, Type "L" hard copper piping, Pro Press fittings and hose bib

No leaks. Everything is working better than before and our customer has piece of mind knowing that if there is some ground shaking the gas will shut off safely without any worries

We connected Pro Press fittings from the cold water copper piping of the water heater. We installed new pro press fittings, ball valve, Type "L" hard copper and then strapped it

We installed a new 30 gallon Bradford White water heater, 4 inch double wall venting, earthquake straps, water supply lines, gas pipe with fittings, gas shut off valve, gas supply line, sediment tee, pro press fittings, t&p relief pipe and new vinyl flooring under the water heater

As we move into the future, we are now training the next generation of plumbers. Both Logan and Xavier are 16 years old learning how to dig, install piping, pro pressing copper and gas. More certifications to come in the next few months

We are very proud of them for wanting to learn a trade that needs more people. As time passes the trades and trade schools are dying.

We would like to thank Mike Riddle from Apollo Valves for taking the time to teach us how pro press works with all of the benefits of actually using pro press.
