A couple roofs we replaced in the last week, which the first 3 houses are all neighbors. You know you’re doing good work and making customers happy when you continue doing work in the neighborhood let alone 3 in a row with more to follow. Here’s a commercial flat roof we took care of this week for a great customer needing these roofs addressed so he can expand his business into these buildings. This was leaking for years which caused allot of decking and structural damage that needed addressed before we could install the new roof. This is a house we completed last week. This was a insurance claim we were able to get taken care of for the homeowner. He decided to pay out of pocket for soffit, fascia, wraps and gutters which really made a difference. Nice to work for good people and help transform their home.

Wrapped this job up today. Worked with the homeowners insurance and was able to get them a brand new roof on the house and detached garage. Insurance only covered a small repair to start with and by the end of it a total roof replacement was the result. Homeowners were extremely happy and wonderful to work with.

Gave this house in Norton a facelift with new siding, fascia, soffit and new window and door wraps. We also replaced the old iron front porch support and replaced and framed a few windows. New gutters and downspouts going up today Another happy H&M customer.
