A couple of houses we completed this spring. Certainteed Northgate shingles were used on both of these houses. This gives the homeowner and insurance companies peace of mind because they can withstand hail up to 2” and give the homeowner a discount on their homeowners Insurance (most of the time).

A house we roofed in West Des Moines today. Tear off, installed, and clean up was completed by 1 PM. We used Moire Black Certainteed Landmark shingles.

We re-roofed a house last week with CertainTeed Presidentials. Tore off wood shakes and installed 5 skylights. A big thanks to Aaron’s Roofing with helping me on this one. Next is soffit, fascia, gutters.

We roofed this house a few weeks ago. They also got new soffit, fascia, and gutters to match the roof. Looks great!!!

Looks like I haven’t created a post in a year or so. We roofed this house up by Jester Park yesterday. All new flashings and a new skylight. The shingle color the homeowners picked out goes great with the copper metal roof.
