Foundation work done by BMB Masonry, fully insulated crawl space, 6'x6' treated deck, Owens Corning shingles, spot on vinyl siding match, new doors, new windows and more windows, new lights and fan, vinyl plank floor, pine trim, and everything else that goes with it! Classy kitchen we finished up earlier this year! We opened up the wall into living space, adding a beam, some fresh drywall and paint. New vinyl plank flooring throughout, topped off with some custom milled Maple base trim and casing to perfectly match new cabinets. New KraftMaid Cabinetry with two piece crown and new hardware. New doors, LED integrated lights through most of the house, under cabinet lighting, pendant lights over peninsula, new switches, outlets, and cover plates all around. Brand new set of oak steps, stained to match cabinets, appliances, sink, faucet, and all the amenities. Beautiful rough edged tile backsplash to finish it off done by the Abner brothers. Small part of the massive basement project we did, a custom bar build, from start to finish. Cabinets, countertops, electrical, butcher block top, bar mould, shiplap wall, LED lighting under the front and back of bar, custom matching floating shelves, repurposed galvanized corrugated metal sheeting on the face, a recessed tin 'F' for the customers name inside the bar top, and a thick epoxy coat to top it off, all drawn, designed, and built by us. One of the last projects we finished up before the new year. This was a huge kitchen remodel, full gut, and everything new!

We opened up the walls, installed a huge beam, and built a knee wall with spectator height L shaped bar around the island. All new drywall on walls and ceilings, paint, flooring throughout the entire first floor with new base trim. New extension jambs, casing on windows and doors, sills, and crown moulding. New LED integrated down lights throughout kitchen and over island, new pendant lights over kitchen table, and under cabinet lighting on the wet bar.

All new KraftMaid Cabinetry from Smetzer Kitchen & Appliance Center and beautiful new counter tops. Brand new kitchen appliances including an ice maker in the wet bar and a sleek island hood vent over the island. Beautiful small subway tile backsplash done by the Abner brothers, along with a million other details!

Ripped out all screens, installed all new large Pella sliding windows, new exterior door with built in blinds, and sliding patio door with built in blinds. Followed it all with all new door, window, and header aluminum wrap. This screened in patio is now a cozy all seasons porch to enjoy the whirlpool bath all year round! Call for a free estimate!
