Literally life lately 🙃 I will be open Wednesday at 4, however my daughter has surgery tomorrow to get her wisdom teeth removed so the stand may be a little lighter than usual due to a shorter prep day. So if you’re looking for something be sure to get there when we open! I plan to have the usual sourdough loaves, sandwich loaves, maybe some focaccias, and cookies. Hoping to have oatmeal cream pies as well. See you then!

The Sourdough Shack is open for the day! Lots of sourdough loaves, new sandwich loaves, muffins, cookies, oatmeal cream pies, new chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, and more! It’s a rainy day but don’t let that stop you from grabbing your sourdough goodies - think soup and bread for dinner, or grilled cheese… or even some French toast in the morning! 🍞

I accidentally created a new sourdough sandwich loaf that’s soft and fluffy, and dairy free!

While my traditional sourdough loafs are flour, water, salt, and any inclusions you may want in it, my sandwich loaves did include milk and butter. This new one is just as soft, if not more so, and perfect for sandwiches this summer!

I’ll have some at the Sourdough Shack this Saturday!
