From framing to finish.

A full renovation completed in Fairfield, CT, transformed this home into a bright, modern coastal space designed for everyday living.

Every detail matters.

Most construction issues don’t come from the build itself.
They come from not knowing what’s going on.

Waiting on updates.
Following up for basic answers.
Trying to figure out what’s happening next.

At Stadler Construction, the process is built differently.

You know where your project stands.
You know what’s happening next.
And you know exactly who to go to.

No guessing. No chasing. Just clear communication and accountability.

That’s what keeps projects moving.

The original Stadler logo was designed by Mike himself.
It’s something that’s always been close to his heart and represents where the company started.

But the work has grown.

We’re taking on bigger residential projects, more commercial work, and operating at a different level than when we first started.

We’re not just doing houses anymore. It felt like the right time for the brand to grow with it.

Same foundation.
Bigger vision.

Most people see the finished product.
We show the process behind it.

This building’s been an eyesore for years, we’re bringing it back to life.

Building Something Bigger.

We’re not just building a new office.

This space is being designed to support how we operate, from client communication to day-to-day project management.

We’re building the infrastructure that supports how we run every project.

More space for our team.
Better coordination.
A place where clients can sit down, review plans, and fully understand their project from start to finish.

This building has been an eyesore in the area for years, and we’re proud to be the ones bringing it back to life.

More to come as this progresses.

Most contractor frustration is not about the work. It’s about follow-through.

Friday by 2 means Friday by 2.
Monday at 9 means the doorbell at 9.

If something shifts, you hear it fast and you know what happens next.

That is The Stadler Way.

From the Ground Up is a monthly series with Mike and Justin on how Stadler runs high-end projects, from communication and planning to ex*****on and finish.

Projects like this don’t happen by chance.
They’re built long before the first wall comes down.

Clear scope.
Real timelines.
A team that knows how to execute.

Most homeowners focus on the finishes.
What actually determines how a project turns out
is everything that happens before construction even begins.

Planning.
Communication.
Follow-through.

That’s the difference between a smooth build
and one that drags on, goes over budget, or needs to be redone.

If you’re starting to think about a renovation or addition,
it’s worth knowing what to look for early.

We put together a simple checklist with 13 questions
to help you evaluate that before you hire anyone.

Before you hire a contractor, read this first.

Most projects don’t go wrong all at once.
They go wrong because small warning signs get missed early.

Delayed responses.
Unclear estimates.
No clear next steps.

Nothing feels urgent at first.
Until the project starts slipping.

We created a simple checklist with 13 questions to help you catch these issues early and move forward with confidence.
