I finally understand why landscapers need the 512GB iPhone upgrade…

It’s not personal photos — it’s:

* hundreds of lawn stripe photos
* mulch closeups for “reference”
* before & afters from every angle
* plant photos I swear I’ll use later
* jobsite progress updates nobody else would understand

Running a landscaping company apparently means your camera roll becomes a full-time project archive 😂🌱📸

From unused space to a fully transformed landscape 🌱

This area once sat untouched — but with a vision and the right crew, it became one of the most functional and eye-catching parts of the property. Our enhancement team removed an existing wall and stone, then brought in a significant amount of material to regrade the area and create a smooth, usable hillside leading down to the lower portion of the property.

Finished off with fresh sod for an instant, clean green lawn!

Founded in 1986 by Umberto Malagisi as Malagisi Landscaping, our company began with a simple belief: treat every client’s property as if it were your own.

In 2008, that belief evolved into A Plus Ornamental & Turf Specialists LLC, and in 2018 our logo was created then the brand was refreshed with the signature gray look you may know today.

Today, Umberto is proudly joined by his sons and business partners—Mario Malagisi, a SUNY Delhi graduate in Landscape Design and Golf & Sports Grass Management, and Joseph Malagisi, a Penn College–trained Automotive professional and ASE Certified Mechanic.
