Single day bathroom removal, featuring a triple layer floor and the smallest cast iron tub I’ve ever seen.

Today’s project included a full removal of a small bathroom, flooring, and wallboard in this office space above the garage. Eventually a dormer will be cut in and this room will more than double in size. The ceiling and insulation was left temporarily to prevent the house from freezing during operations.

This heavily involved job included complete elimination of the existing kitchen, 2 feet of blown in insulation above the entire ceiling, and removal of 2 layers of flooring throughout the first floor. The new kitchen is going to be twice the size as the original, on top of new hardwood flooring.
