NOW HIRING — CONSTRUCTION LABORER / APPRENTICE
Darling Construction LLC is looking to add one motivated individual to our growing team.
No prior construction experience is required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, hardworking, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work.
This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get out of an office environment and start building a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites and trailers
• General construction labor and material handling
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials
• Assisting with framing and installation
• Working with hand and power tools
• Assisting with headers, windows, doors, and other framing components
• Supporting the crew with day-to-day construction tasks
• Learning and developing skills across all areas of residential construction
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and desire to develop a career in the trades
Compensation: $22–$40 per hour, based on skill level, experience, work ethic, and motivation.
We offer steady construction work and an opportunity to learn valuable skills while working alongside an experienced crew.
