Townhomes
The townhome market is becoming increasingly competitive and very price-sensitive. This project is designed to provide a fresh look at a contemporary-styled townhome on a small footprint. This Lean designed project takes full advantage of the small footprint by utilizing a three-story approach. Let’s take a closer look:

A. The open floor plan makes the space feel larger than it is as one visually reads the entire space upon entry.
B. The stairway is simple and efficient, minimizing wasted space by tucking the powder room underneath.
C. The second floor allows for a bedroom with plenty of natural light, a bath, and a laundry area.
D. The Third floor allows for a suite with a walk-in closet.

TK Core Value: We Have Fun!

Our co-founder, Todd Hallett, certainly had some fun today! Our friends at Hard Rock Concrete graciously invited Todd into their shop to work on painting his dune buggy alongside their paint expert, Dan.
