Here are a few ways to help it perform its best:
✅ Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day and keep your ceiling fans on.
✅ Set your thermostat to a consistent temperature instead of constantly adjusting it.
✅ Make sure your air filter is clean.
✅ Keep the area around your outdoor unit free of leaves, weeds, and debris. You can even hose out your outdoor condenser.

Here's how to safely hose out your outdoor unit:
✅ Turn off the power to the unit.
✅ Use a regular garden hose (no pressure washer!).
✅ Spray the coils gently from the top down and from the inside out if accessible.

🚫 Don't use a pressure washer—it can bend the delicate aluminum fins and reduce your system's efficiency.
