We’ve been busy at the Graves Building in Cuero. The center parapet wall on the roof has been removed allowing for us to move forward with demo of the remaining failed wall inside. We were able to confirm what we thought we would find based on the issues downstairs. Several errors in the design and maintenance of the rooftop system years and years ago caused the problems in the central wall that led to this tremendous undertaking.

Joint venture with Jona Heil of Mobile Welding and Services. The customer wanted a well house built, so I brought in the best to make it happen. I also rebuilt the plumbing in the well house so that the entire water system can be easily purged for freezing weather.
