Laborer Wanted - Full Time - Manufacturing Facility O'Fallon MO
Do you have what it takes to work here?
Stone manufacturing plant needs full time laborers to work on the line fabricating concrete based products. High school education required. Experience with use of tools and equipment, including fork truck driving is a plus.
This position is full time, INDOORS, and YEAR ROUND in a temperature controlled environment. Occasional overtime is expected. Our manufacturing line starts at 6am SHARP, tardiness is NOT TOLERATED. Normal work hours are 6am-2:30pm M-F with 1/2 hour lunch.
Required Qualifications:
-Able to bend, lift, twist, and hold arms above head
-Be able to lift 75 lbs
-Basic tool knowledge
-Ability to read measurements off tape measure
-Good work ethic
-Reliable transportation - must be at work at 6am each day - no exceptions.

Compensation:

While our manufacturing operations may be temporary suspended due to the desire to contain and not spread this pandemic Corona virus, we will be back in production as soon as it is safe for our employees. Our first piece of stone was made eleven years ago - and we have come a long way in eleven years. We are hard working Americans, we're not going to let a virus like this get us down.

Our office operations are still functioning daily. Contact us for any of your project needs - estimates, shop drawings, or deliveries of product already made.

We must all help stop this Coronavirus. To better protect our employees and their families as well as our suppliers and clients at Caliber Cast Stone, we have shut down our manufacturing operations for the next 14 days in an effort to help contain and stop this virus from spreading.
This affects new stone production only. ANY EXISTING JOB that was already Approved for Production is most likely already manufactured and sitting in our yard waiting for delivery, We are prepared to deliver to your job site upon request so existing projects should see no delays from this manufacturing shutdown. Les and Mike are working daily and still providing proposals for future work, Feel free to call us or contact via email with any needs you have. We are here to support our clients needs at your job sites - while doing everything we can as business owners to help reduce the threats of this virus spreading further in our cities and across the nation.
If you need to pickup anything from Caliber, please call Les or Mike in advance so we can ensure we have things in order for you when you arrive. We anticipate delivery of any NEW projects to be approximately 3-4 weeks from time of order.
