Another season of college football kicks off, and the new North End Zone at Faurot Field is ready for it.

Hawkins Construction is proud to have placed a large share of the concrete on the Memorial Stadium Centennial Project. A lot of hard work went into bringing this project to life, and we’re grateful to our team and everyone involved in making it happen.

It’s exciting to see the finished product open for Tiger fans this season.

Flatwork looks simple until it is not.

A flat, durable concrete surface comes down to the work you do not see. Subgrade prep, correct thickness, proper jointing, and finishing at the right time. Skip a step and it shows up as cracks and low spots a year later.

At Hawkins, we do the boring parts right so the concrete holds up.

Hawkins Construction was proud to be a part of bringing Kinetic Park Phase 3 in Dardenne Prairie to life.

Our crews were in charge of the post-tension pickleball courts, surrounding sidewalks, and the concrete base for the splash pad which is one of the largest in Missouri.

Seeing a project like this come together for our own community is always a great reward. Awesome work by the Hawkins crew on this one. 👏

Commercial concrete isn't one-size-fits-all. Here's what separates the right contractor from the rest.

The demands of a post-tension pour, large-scale flatwork, or foundation and footing work each require a different approach, the right equipment, and a crew that knows the difference before they show up.

Look for ACI certifications, experienced superintendents, and a contractor who will stand behind their work with a warranty. Industry recognition for quality is a good sign too.

Hawkins Construction has expanded into mid-Missouri, and we're looking for a Market Leader who can build something from scratch. Someone who knows how commercial concrete work is won, managed, and delivered — and wants the autonomy to run their own operation.

This role owns market development, project ex*****on, financials, and team building in Columbia. If you've built relationships in the mid-Missouri construction market and you're ready for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.
