Our upcoming duplex will be available for rent in July. One side features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the other side has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The property is undergoing several updates, including extensive brickwork with an acid wash finish, installation of a new AC unit, painting, flooring replacement, and upgrading a couple of windows.
