Let’s go Behind the Build to see how Krusinski Construction safely completes the demolition of a three-story, 100,000-SF office building to make way for The Geraghty North, a ground-up immersive event venue designed to host weddings, corporate events and private gatherings.

Demolition is more than tearing down a structure. It's a carefully coordinated process of dismantling, sorting, recycling and repurposing materials, all while transforming the site for its next chapter.

Demolition by the Numbers:
· 100,000-SF, three-story building demolished
· 458 tons of recycled steel
· 8,000 tons of recycled concrete
· 68 days from start to finish

It was a full house for the Chicago Area Procore Technologies User Community Group yesterday, hosted by Krusinski Construction Company.

Construction professionals from across the Chicagoland area gathered to learn about the latest in Procore AI + Datagrid before breaking into small group discussions to share feedback, ask questions and explore how these tools can help address real-world challenges in the construction industry.

⭐ Big things are happening in the Lone Star State with Krusinski Construction! At IAC Pleasant Run, the last tilt wall panel has been installed, enclosing the two-building, ground-up development in Lancaster, Texas.

With 241 total tilt wall panels set in place across both buildings, structural steel begins to take shape, bringing these warehouse facilities one step closer to completion. Our team put in early mornings and long days in the Texas heat to set each panel safely and precisely.

IAC Pleasant Run marks KCC’s third ground-up project in the state of Texas, following Wintergreen and Beckleymeade. This accomplishment represents Krusinski’s growing reputation for supporting our clients no matter the location.

Santa Monica Seafood is on the menu! 🦞 🍤 🐟

Krusinski Construction has begun a 13,000-SF interior renovation project for long-time, repeat client, Santa Monica Seafood (SMS) in Rancho Dominguez, California. Serving customers across more than 40 states nationwide, SMS is one of the largest fresh and frozen seafood distributors in the United States.

The occupied and active facility will receive upgrades encompassing 9,000 SF of warehouse space and a new 4,000-SF temperature-controlled cooler to support SMS’s growing packaging, box-making, storage and distribution operations.

Building pad complete ✅ Footings poured ✅ Precast panels ready! 🏗️

Panel by panel, Loaves & Fishes Community Services Hub 2.0 expansion is going vertical. The crane is on-site and our crews are guiding over 70 precast panels into place. Setting precast panels marks a major milestone on Hub 2.0—it’s also one of the most rewarding stages to witness.

Every panel is part of something bigger. Hub 2.0 is one piece of the Nourish Together campaign and once complete, it will help Loaves & Fishes serve 2 to 3 times more people across the region.
