Puget Sound Energy planned outage for Wed Jan 12. I received the following via e-mail:

Dear Puget Sound Energy Customer,

In an ongoing effort to deliver safe and reliable energy to you and your neighbors, PSE and Potelco electric crews will be working on the electric system in your neighborhood. Due to the complexity of this work and for the safety of our crew, we will need to take a planned power outage that will impact your residence and/or business. Please see below for the planned power outage details.

Planned power outage details:
Date: Wednesday, January 12
Duration: up to four (4) hours
To occur sometime between: 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Where: Southwest Harrier Circle-area, Oak Harbor

Please visit pse.com/plannedoutages for more information on how to prepare for a planned power outage

PSE is proud to serve in your community and we recognize being without power is an inconvenience. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we complete this work as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me and reference project number 594148186 .

Sincerely,

Bret Murdock, Project Manager

Castilian and Inglewood residents – the street paving has been changed to this week! Starting tomorrow 3 Aug. The city has delivered new notices and placed no parking signs on the streets.

04/22/2021

Castilian and Inglewood are scheduled for new asphalt this summer. According to the City Streets Division, they are awaiting bids for the work to be done this year. More definitive information will be available in the coming weeks. The exact scope of the work is yet to be determined. New asphalt is planned on Inglewood and Castilian between Judson and Fairhaven. The likely process is one side of the street will be prepped and paved at a time. During that time, residents will need to park on the other side of the street, on another street, or plan to leave their vehicles in their drives/garages. The City will distribute information door-to-door once the schedule and work details are finalized.
