so here is a a video we made 6 years ago. for what it's worth. Maybe we'll get it together and make another one of these days. The tall guy in the video (yellow jacket) is Marcus McLaren. We worked together for about 6 years then we split for about 4 years (or something?..) and now we are teamed up again. Pretty cool.

The roots of one of these Firs were cut for utility lines. Which caused them to start up rooting in the wind. Bad for them, good for us. Thank God for work and safety.

This historic Douglas Fir tree in Anacortes, needed to be windsailed, to prevent the tops from blowing out. We tipped back the limbs and lightened the tops. But we saved the interior branches, that is the best for the tree. All without spurs, just rope work. Completed 3/10/17
