A little before and after siding project from the Team at Well Done Interiors!

Siding is an important line of defense between moisture and the interior structures of your home. In the consistent rain and humidity of the pacific northwest, when the siding deteriorates, moisture rapidly starts to pe*****te into the sheeting and framing and rot can become a serious and costly problem!

When we take on a siding project, we certainly replace the siding itself, but we also address the fascia, the trim around your windows and doors, and any rot that has pe*****ted into the sheeting and framing of your homme. In this case we replaced several spots of rotted sheeting and framing, completely wrapped the home in moisture barrier, replaced windows and doors with modern and well insulated options, changed out all the old trim, installed new vents and weather-appropriate fixtures, and installed new and durable Hardie Siding with some additional trim accents that gave this home a sharp modern update. An clean and new look for sure, but also a strong, multi-layered barrier that will keep the northwest weather outside where it belongs for years and years to come.

Thanks to Harbor Plumbing for installing modern frost-free hose bibs, and to Melnick and Sons Painting for adding all the finishing touches and color to complete this renovation project. Another project, Well Done!
