A customer called asking for the replacement of their older (40+) year old service panel. They were planning on doing renovations in the future and the current panel was unable to accommodate any more circuits.
We provided with them a new panel, and added whole home surge protection, properly grounded their system, and ensured protection from the elements by sealing openings from the outside. We always like to add a couple of spare breakers for any future use.

If you have an outlet that isn't working it, it could be more than just a nuance. A recent customer called because they had an outlet that wasn't working or GFCI protected. When the cover came off it was revealed the outlet was broken. They got a new protected outlet, and one that isn't falling apart.

We recently received a call from a customer, who was concerned with the frequent burnout of some of their fixtures. We were able to offer them low maintenance LED replacements. Giving them brighter work areas and bigger energy savings.
