Roof rejuvenation isn’t a new gimmick. It’s backed by decades of asphalt chemistry. 🧪

Here’s the short version of how we got here:

🏠 1903: Henry Reynolds of Grand Rapids starts cutting roll roofing into shingles.
🔬 1960s: Shell chemists develop SBS polymers that help asphalt stay flexible.
