The FLO code means your spa's control board isn't detecting proper water flow. The culprit is usually a dirty filter, an air lock after a recent fill, or a failing flow switch — all of which are very fixable. Start by cleaning your filter. Before you call a tech because your spa won't heat up, pull that filter out and give it a rinse — you'd be surprised how often that's the only fix needed. Filters should be rinsed every 1–3 months depending on usage. If your filter is older than 12 months, it's time for a replacement.
