Lots of little fixes, we added a cant strip to the larger flat roof, re-decked every roof surface all while making sure we are promoting any future water flow. It’s the jobs like this one that set us apart from most roofing crews. I am excited to see the finished product.

This roof has valleys that turn into hips, flat roofs galore and a ton of little sections. We removed the chimney last week. We will be here for a couple days doing a complete re-deck and installing a 2 ply rolled roofing system and new Malarkey Vista shingles. This house reminds me of a Chinese style pagoda. Today we will be installing some new decking on this house before we install the new Malarkey Vista roofing system. We also have an unattached garage to shingle in the back.
