When he’s not leading ArborWorks as CEO, Chris Miner is shaping young minds. As a professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, he teaches Mergers and Acquisitions, bringing real-world business experience directly into the classroom.

He has once again been voted Professor of the Year by his students, an honor he’s received multiple times throughout his teaching career. His passion for leadership and developing others extends far beyond the workplace, and we couldn’t be prouder to celebrate this accomplishment.

There’s a level of grit and dedication in utility vegetation management that often goes unseen. Recently, one of our crews received a compliment from a local resident that perfectly captured the reality of the work our teams do every day. Working on steep mountainsides with 60+ lb packs, chainsaws, hand tools, and long hikes into difficult terrain is no easy task. Yet this crew showed up with positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and pride in what they do.

The customer shared how impressed she was not only with the quality and pace of the work, but with the teamwork, motivation, and professionalism displayed by every individual on site.

We’re incredibly proud of General Foreperson Dwayne Carson and his 16 crew members for representing ArborWorks so well. The work may be demanding, but the people behind it continue to raise the bar every day.
