We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a great attitude to join our team! We are an established company with over 53 years in business. Job responsibilities for this position would include the following:
Answering phones, taking estimates/service requests, permitting from beginning to end, issuing and maintaining purchase orders, T & M billing, filing and maintaining files, entering job cost information into QuickBooks, and everyday tasks to help our team.
Must have good organizational skills, good computer skills, self starter, good customer service skills. Construction or electrical experience is a plus. This is a long term position with room to grow and advance. Microsoft word and Excel knowledge is a must. Quickbooks knowledge would be very helpful, but willing to train.
