As promised, here's a closer look at our two recent HOA exterior projects: one in Alameda, and the other in Danville!

This quick video highlights both, including a full 12-building, 87-unit community repaint covering siding, eaves, fascia, gutters and downspouts, windows, the pool storage area, the mailbox station, and the community entry sign.

Projects of this size mean a lot of moving parts, and a lot of residents to consider too. Our team did an incredible job, and made a lot of friends along the way. Such a great experience!

Pressure washing day for an Oakland parking garage!

The old coating had failed, so it came off completely. Chemical stripper first, then high-pressure washing to remove the alkalinity from the concrete surface before applying the new coating system. 💪
