What is your most used appliance that you don’t ever think about?……

If you guessed water heater you are correct.
The work horse that no one ever pays attention too until it stops working. Most people overlook the upkeep until it’s too late. They need to be serviced yearly at a minimum. Tank, tankless, electric or gas. Draining, flushing and changing an anode rod will significantly increase the life of a water heater. Interested? Feel free to reach out. 2 very big code changes as of January 1st 2023.

1.If you have an existing water heater or furnace vented into a masonry chimney and either has to be replaced, it is now required to be lined. Essentially what this means is it will have to be vented through the chimney all the way out the top.

2. If you plan on putting a commercial gas range in your new home it has to be listed for commercial/domestic use. I know lots of people like Viking or Wolf ranges, please make sure to check before purchasing.

We are currently booked out until December 10th. We will do our best to attend to your emergency calls and handle job bids. Wednesday November 23rd and Thursday November 24th we will be closed to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. Also December 23rd- December 26th. Currently we only have 3 openings for the rest of this calendar year. After those are filled, we will be scheduling work for 2023. Thank You. Adam Churchill
