April is just around the corner and we are usually gearing up to head to York, PA for the Spring TCA Train Show. Unfortunately, we will not be attending the Spring show as we have a lack of helpers. However, we will be having some York Specials here at our store in Ohio. Keep a check on our website (stockyardexpress.com) for the upcoming specials. We fully intend to attend the October Fall show in York and look forward to seeing you then!

Our Open House last weekend was a great success. We appreciate each and everyone of you who came out to support us! The weather was beautiful and the grill was smokin’. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 11 to 3. Until further notice we will not be accepting repairs other than warranty items purchased here. If you have any please bring your dated receipt. Again, THANK YOU!

Good luck to those of you who bought raffle tickets. The board has been cleared, they’re all gone. Drawing will be Saturday, August 10th during our Open House. You need not be present to win. Hope to see you there.

Starting July, our store will be open five days a week Tuesday through Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM. We appreciate everyone’s . patience while Clyde was recovering. Naturally, we will be closed on the fourth. Hope to see you soon.

This year‘s open house was a fantastic success. We can’t thank all of you enough for coming out and celebrating with us. The weather was beautiful, and everyone seemed to enjoy the hotdogs and hamburgers. The winner of our raffle was Chris Howell with his lucky number 34.  Thank you Lewis Farms LLC for supplying the Angus burgers and hot dogs.
We are back to our regular hours now Tuesday through Saturday from 11 until five. Hope to see you again!

We will be closed July 4th and will reopen again on Wednesday with our regular store hours Tuesday through Saturday 11 until five. Soon we will be gearing up for our annual open house on Saturday August 19th.  As usual we will have our annual raffle on that day. Winner of the drawing will have their choice of any in stock engine valued under $550. Raffle tickets are now on sale for $10 each. You can call the store and purchase your ticket or come in.

Just a reminder… our annual customer appreciation Open House will be held Saturday, August 20th from 10:30 til 4:00. Come have lunch on us and mingle with other train enthusiasts. We also have raffle tickets available at $10 each for a chance to win an in stock Diesel engine of your choice valued up to $550.00. If you wish to purchase a ticket you can do so by phone. In light of all going on and trying to stay healthy, until further notice, Stockyard Express will be temporarily closed to walk-in traffic only😷. We will continue to answer the phone and answer emails as well as ship daily. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and thank you for your patience at this time. We all look forward to getting 'back on track' soon!

We will be open Sunday the 22nd from 11am until 3pm for your last minute purchases. We will then be closed until Thursday the 26th at 11am. We wish you all a wonderful Christmas.

We're gearing up for our trip to York, Pennsylvania next week to attend the TCA Train Show. The store will be closed the entire week of Oct. 13th and will re-open on Tuesday the 22nd. If you are attending the show, stop by and say hello. We are in the Orange Hall at DD6 across from MTH Trains.
