This is ridiculous...

Let me explain: In Louisiana, there is a rule that let's utilities stop installing new meters that allow net-metering. These utilities can do this once they reach a specific threshold: .5% of their peak load power being provided by rooftop solar... .5%!!! Peak load is the most expensive electricity and 3 utilities are already invoking this!
