This week, we're putting the spotlight on one of the faces behind B&M Garage Door Solutions, our co-owner and technician, Brad Penney!
With 16 years of industrial maintenance experience, Brad has built a career around diagnosing, fixing issues, and making things work again. Naturally, garage doors were a perfect fit, and his mission has always been simple: provide honest, reliable service that keeps homes and businesses safe.
Brad’s favorite part of the job? Solving the puzzle. Every garage door has its own personality, and there's nothing better than getting a customer back up and running with a smile.
💡 Brad’s Pro Tip: NEVER try to repair a broken torsion spring yourself. They're under extreme tension and can be very dangerous. A little routine maintenance and lubrication can also go a long way toward extending the life of your door.
When he's not working, you'll probably find him fishing, spending time with his family, helping his daughter chase her barrel racing dreams, or at Greater Vision Church! “If the doors are open, come by... I'd be happy to save you a seat!” 🎣⛪
A little fun fact about Brad is that he's actually a Newfie from Newfoundland, Canada! 🍁
