Project Coordinator: Office-based operations support role managing project logistics, recordkeeping, and more. Keeps internal processes organized and financially aligned.
We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to fill this role!
Construction office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! 🙌
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Project scheduling
•Maintain accurate contracts and documentation
•Subcontractor/vendor relations
•Support daily operations as needed
•Handle recordkeeping
•Permitting and government submissions
•Manage online presence
•Answer phone calls
