Wishing this was my view today! This outdoor living space is one of our all time favorites. All the elements play so well together, from the cedar v-joint ceiling, the natural stone veneer on the wood burning fireplace, right down to the Ipe decking. This space is perfect for entertaining or unwinding!!!

Ocala/Marion County is known as “The Horse Capital of the World” (sorry Kentucky). Because of this tremendous equine influence we are often asked to construct barns of all shapes, sizes and purposes. This is a barn we were asked to build for Foxridge Farms. It serves to house Hunter-Jumpers with 16 stalls, tack, storage, grooming/wash stall, living quarters and two full kitchens. 🐎

The Lawhon Residence is a nod to modern prairie style and .koontz.design knocked it out of the park!!! Every detail is this home was poured over and carefully executed to ensure the final product met our client’s expectations.
