Always make sure you understand the paperwork that you sign when a realtor is repeating you!

These are the 5 items to be aware of:

1. Length of time for the representation.
2. Type of property you will be purchasing and the location.
3. If there is a retainer cost.
4. What is the compensation when the transaction is completed?
5. Is there a cancellation fee and how much?
