Wrapping up the tour of Butler LOFTS in Downtown Leesburg.

We took this 100 year old building that had been a left abandoned for a number of years and redevelop back into a fully functional (and needed) housing option for this community- so much so we are 100% leased DAY ONE.

Butler LOFTS is move in ready! Wrapping up this project marks a major milestone as we have completed the entire redevelopment of our block featuring Marmadukes Lodge, Slice Pizza, Burns Drug Store Soeakeasy, LOFTS on 3rd & Main, and now Butler LOFTS.
