an Office Assistant in Ocean Beach!
We are looking for a detail-oriented multitasker experienced in bookkeeping to join our team and support our current office staff Sasha and George.
You'll help keep operations running smoothly so our field team can focus on the job.

Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Customer Service: Assist clients with scheduling estimates and service calls. Paperwork Management: Process and organize local town and utility paperwork.
Job Requirements
Background in accounts receivable and payable.
Experience with QuickBooks Online helpful.

Electrical or HVAC industry experience also a huge plus!
