Two-story house lift complete! 🏠⬆️

This was a fun one. Working with SJ Hauck Construction , we lifted this home two full stories—one story at a time to create an entirely new living space below. From a new block foundation at the garage level to framing a brand new first floor, we added two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sitting room.

From there, the transformation continued with all-new Pella windows, new siding, completely reran electrical, plumbing & HVAC, and full interior finish work throughout.

A massive transformation from the ground up and one amazing project to watch come together.

Shoutout to the Dream Team crew for continuously crushing it, adapting on the fly, and overcoming every obstacle thrown our way.

This one was all about creating a space made for drinking and relaxing on the bay. Custom wet bar, dry bar, and accordion doors completely transformed the walk out to the deck. With a quick turnaround and a smooth process from start to finish, this was especially fun to bring together.

Building spec homes allows us to push the design envelope. Our chance to include design elements that don’t always make it into the client projects. It’s where we can test new ideas, refine our craft, and build something distinctive!

Some projects take a little longer than planned, but when you have great homeowners, a talented designer, and a dedicated team, the process becomes just as rewarding as the finished product.

Throughout this project, ideas evolved, details were refined, and a few changes and additions were made along the way. While those adjustments added time to the schedule, they ultimately enhanced the overall design, functionality, and finished appearance of the space. The collaborative effort between the homeowners, designer, and our team allowed us to fine-tune every detail and create a result that is even better than what was originally envisioned.
