Hello neighbors my name is Tony, Im the owner of Neils painting & power washing. This is a one of the homes we recently completed. It had a fair amount of rotted cedar siding that we replaced with new then we primed and painted the exterior & trim, we also took the handrails off the front porch (the home owner wanted removed) and had all the brick stairs & underpinning of the house painted black to match the trim of the exterior! Got a call back about a month later to replace her old decking boards and put up some new handrails on the back deck.
