4 1/2 working days! They are working as a team that’s why everything is going together quick & right! We will finish setting the 8foot x 8 foot sliders giving the room as much light as possible, as all our our work is glued & screwed together. Yes it takes longer to build this way , but in the end your project will be sound & solid and won’t have to worry about trim or anything else falling off any part of this addition, we still do nail the plywood on the walls & roof, & trim on the inside, other than those 3 things everything gets screwed & if close to the beach stainless steel fasteners all the way!

Our big renovation here in ocean view is finally water tight we where struggling to tie this roof line into the house & garage without the owners home getting soaked on the inside! To the rescue AL Pickens roofing came and got us water tight yesterday! We are lucky to have the best roofer on this end of the state do our roof! He has been doing our roofing for 30 plus years & never had a leak! I’d say that’s a pretty good record! 🙏🏻 Al Pickens.

We are finally done with our renovation here on Parkwood Street Bethany Beach for wonderful clients! As we said in the beginning we built their home 20 plus years ago! They called us back to do the transformation! Thanks to GA Hastings doing the plans, to the owners having a vision, it feels good helping a client make their vision a reality! Our sunroom here in ocean view, the concrete was poured a month ago!! We let our concrete cure properly so you have no sinking issues!!! Now 2 1/2 days in sunroom is 100 percent framed, water tight, ready for electricians, sliders are going in tomorrow! So 4 days in & sunroom is framed ready for subcontractors! Yard is spotless as all our jobs stay spotless at all times!!! Hope you guys like the new room

The head scratcher of a roof line! My guys got her all butted up bout 14 working days! Not to bad, not we got Al Pickens roofing coming Tomorrow to get us dried in ! We don’t use the roofers you see on tv promising you all the golden pledge awards that they all paid or donated something to get that award, funny how they all have the same award, I’m sticking with a father a son team that has been installing all our roofs for 33 years!! Never one leak! Doesn’t have the tv commercials but 100 percent hands down the best roofer on this end of that state! Al Pickens she is ready for you to do your thing tomorrow!!

Boy this winter was rough one, put us 2 months behind, my guys and I have been working double time to try and make up some time, but one thing you can’t rush is Quality!! Here is another 3 seasons room we are doing for a wonderful client here in ocean view, that has been patient, we put the foundation in a month ago, now we are ready to get this thing rocking and rolling!!
