Door was unusable as it was falling apart and leaking. We fixed that with a little slider action, proper flashing/sealant, and trim! Remove, fix existing framing in opening, and replace! (Prepped for siding down the road as well) Screen door was not installed prior to photos.

A little facelift for this entry way! Reinforced framing, fresh built steps, Trex composite decking with hidden fasteners, textured black fascia, and Trex railing system. Yes it was a little dirty but it was cleaned up! Just didnt get post cleaning pics! More exterior work for this home coming soon!
