Jeffrey Forrest, Jr. first came to work at WPC in 2003.

He left in 2006. He came back in 2013. He became President in 2023.

That middle stretch matters more than the two on either side of it. In a family business, the easy assumption is that the name on the door decides who runs the place. The harder thing, the thing that actually tells you something, is leaving, and then choosing to come back to it.

Tracy Forrest started this company in 1974. Jeff Forrest, Sr. has been here since 1979 and leads it as CEO today. Jeffrey is the third generation, and he didn't inherit the job. He returned to it.

Twenty-three years since he first walked in. Congratulations, Jeffrey.

Today, we’re recognizing Rob for reaching his 5-year milestone with the company. Over the years, Rob has demonstrated what it means to be a Project Manager through his attention to detail and commitment to the teams and clients he works with.

Keeping our team sharp through ongoing training helps ensure confidence and safety when operating equipment in the field.

Yesterday’s training served as a valuable refresh on fall protection, scaffolding, and MEWP operation, re-certifying everyone involved.

We recently celebrated the start of one of our latest projects, Terracotta Terrace, with a successful groundbreaking ceremony. In partnership with United Group, we’re bringing this active senior living community to Casselberry, Florida.

Featuring a fitness center, yoga studio, pool, fire pits, café/bar, and more, Terracotta Terrace is designed to offer residents a vibrant place to call home. We are looking forward to helping bring this vision to life!
