•Primarily involves string trimming/blowing debris.

Landscape Maintenance- Crew Leader -$24-$26/hr
•Involves leading crew and providing maintenance services including spring/fall clean ups, shrub trimming, mulch installation, bed maintenance etc.
(2yrs industry experience required). Experience with plant ID required.

Landscape Construction- Crew Leader- $28-$33/hr
Involves leading construction and renovation projects. Pavers, grading, retaining walls, drainage, property renovations, tear outs, outdoor living spaces, seeding, plant installations. 3yrs industry experience required. CDL a +, not required.

•ALL crew leader positions require a valid WI drivers license. ALL positions require independent reliable transportation.

Our guys have been busy! Here’s just a few of our renovation projects we’ve been up to. We are booking into the 2023 season for landscape installation. Including- final grading/lawn installation, hardscapes- paver patios, outcropping, boulder and engineered retaining walls, renovations, plant installations, and more.

Available positions:

Plow Truck Driver: $21-$26/hr.
Skid Loader Operator: $23-$27/hr
Front End Loader Operator: $29-$38/hr
Sidewalk Crew Leader- $21+
Sidewalk Crew Member- $18+

REQUIREMENTS;

•Valid & Clean drivers license
•(2) years industry experience - driver and operator positions only
•Reliable independent transportation
•Ability to be on call 24/7 including holidays
•Ability to work extended hours if needed
