This deck needed a makeover 😆
Complete demo and rebuild 🤩 Now it’s the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining! Finished with custom CABLE RAILING!!
We used Owens Corning structural 2x4 and 4x4 structural posts in black to give it a contrasted look! Topped off with a 1x6 Everlast Shoreline Gray drink rail!! The perfect spot for your summer cocktail 🍹

☀️Right in time for Summer!! ☀️
This re-deck was a HUGE transformation for a previous client who wanted to upgrade their outdoor space! Adding new composite decking from Eva Last, installing Owen’s Corning composite facia AND an OC 2x12 Seawall cap, gave this dock a clean look! 🏆

😎Small but packed with all the things to make this dock perfect for lake life living! 💦 We’ve reframed this 70’ walkway with new 1x8 Eva-Last Eclipse Shoreline Gray composite decking. To finish it off we added new gray 4x4 composite structural posts from OC Lumber and black cable rail for this railing!!

🌤️🚤😎This dock, after keeping the existing walkway, got a total upgrade!! This client wanted a new dock head with not only a covered jet ski area, but a covered boat slip AND a 12x16 uncovered sitting area!!! The black PBR metal hip roof, was the icing on the cake 👏🏼

🚤😎”Let’s put the boat in!” Those words are easy to say now that our client has a brand new 10x30 boat ramp!! Custom made using turf block and finished with crushed shell, this boat ramp not only looks great, it makes days on the lake stress free!
