Did you know Florida has a NEW law protecting homeowners from unwanted commercial solicitation?

As of July 1, 2026, Florida Statute 501.062 allows homeowners to clearly say, “No thanks!” to door-to-door commercial solicitors by displaying a compliant "No Commercial Solicitation" sign.

🏡 If your home displays a properly sized and visible sign, commercial solicitation is prohibited and ignoring the sign can result in a $500 fine for a first violation and more serious penalties for repeat violations.

And because we know nobody wants a salesperson interrupting dinner, nap time, or that precious moment when you finally sit down on the couch…
